Card FAQ's

1. What choice of cards do I have?
answer: We offer 2 types of cards that are already predetermined by the designs. One card is a gold bordered card fold over card and the other is plain white fold over card.

2. Can I modify the design to fit my family?  We recently adopted an Asian girl and none of your pictures fit our family.
answer: Yes.  Because of the numerous combinations available it would be too difficult to provide every combination.  Therefore we suggest you choose a layout that you like and then modify the children in the design. Simply type in the design modification box that you would like (for example) an Asian baby girl, a brown-haired toddler boy and a brown haired girl. You can even look at the other designs and find the children that you are looking for and use the design numbers as reference.

3. Can I choose the font? 
answer:  The font that is used predominantly on the cards and announcements is Cafe Aroma and Florentine Script. Simply type in the modification box that you would like the font from (example) design 8.

4. Can I change the card design? 
answer: No. You can change the characters in the design and you can add and delete items, but we cannot redraw the designs.

5. What is the charge to modify the design?
answer: Unlike many other companies there is no additional charge to modify the design. The price of the cards includes your card along with a white envelope for the quantity you select.

6. I only want to order 10 cards, can I do that?
answer: No, The minimum order of cards is 25 cards. We only sell in increments of 25.

7. The cards look blue on my screen, What color are the cards? 
answer: The gold bordered cards are ecru-colored (eggshell). The other card is a solid white plain fold over card. These cards are standard size greeting cards and do not require extra postage.

8. Will I be able to see what my card looks like before I place my order? 
answer: The charge for a black and white proof is $20.00 as it takes our design team a great deal of time to detail and modify the designs. This charge will be applied to your order when you place your order. THIS CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

9. I don't see any pictures of the inside of the card. What does it look like?
answer: The inside of the card is blank except for the interior greeting that you choose. This interior saying is placed on the lower part of the inside of the card. You can create your own (at no additional charge) or choose one of our sayings from the drop down list.  The font will be the same color as the front of the card (unless you choose differently) and the script will be in Commercial Script.

10. I don't see a place to type our family name for the inside of the card?  How can I personalize my cards? 
answer: Choose the saying you want, or type your own in the box provided.  If you have chosen one of our sayings then type your closing names in the interior saying box.

11. What is your policy on refunds if there is a problem with my order?
answer: Our cards are considered personalized items and are non-refundable or exchangeable. If the error is on our part we will replace the product at no charge to you.
